Picture Day
We arrive ready with professional lighting, backdrops, and an organized plan to keep portrait day moving smoothly. Our photographers take the time to help every athlete or student feels comfortable, confident, and ready for a great photo.
Online Gallery
Within 1–2 weeks, families will receive a link to their online gallery. From there, they can easily view their portraits, choose their favorites, and place an order right from their phone or computer.
Photos Delivered
Orders are shipped directly to each family, so there’s nothing for staff, coaches, or directors to sort, collect, or hand out. Once portrait day is complete, we take care of the rest. Hands free for your organziation.

Our team is trained to work with children and adults of all ages and personalities. We never force a smile. Instead, we create a fun, relaxed environment that helps genuine expressions and connections come naturally.
Absolutely! We’ll work with your organization to schedule a convenient make-up day. For sports programs, athletes can also attend another team’s portrait day when available.
We make communication easy, too. Families receive helpful reminders one month, one week, and one day before picture day, along with all links, access codes, and important details by email and text.
After picture day, we continue communicating directly with families about galleries, ordering, shipping, and delivery.
Your school, team, or organization doesn’t need to manage any of it, we take care of the communication from start to finish.
We take every child’s privacy and safety seriously. In addition to having trained photographers on site, all online galleries are protected with secure access codes to help keep student images private.Access details are sent directly to parents, who can then choose to share their code with trusted family members, such as grandparents, who may also wish to view or order portraits.
To help protect everyone’s privacy, classroom and team group photos are available as prints rather than digital downloads. This allows families to enjoy a copy while helping keep group images from being shared beyond their intended audience.
Portraits are typically ready to view and order online within 1–2 weeks after picture day. Families on our communication list will receive an email as soon as the gallery is live.
Our studio uses a natural, true-to-tone editing style without heavy filters or harsh effects. Every image receives the same soft, polished post-processing to ensure consistency for publication while maintaining a timeless, classic look.
