If you believe a little rain on the wedding day brings good luck, then Rachel and Michael’s romantic King Family Vineyards wedding was filled with good luck! Just in time for our portraits, the rain let up, and we captured many beautiful wedding photos with the dramatic clouds parting to reveal the beautiful blue ridge mountains! While it didn’t last long, thankfully King Family Vineyards’ wedding venue has a beautiful space for an inside Charlottesville wedding ceremony! Rachel & Michael, thank you for having us as part of your beautiful wedding! We wish you the best of luck throughout your marriage!
Rachel’s wedding dress was so elegant and pretty! Wedding dress designed by Hailey Page, and bridesmaid dresses by designer Jenny Yoo!
We love capturing a bride and groom’s private first look with each other. It couldn’t get any sweeter than this!
There were touches of red (symbols of joy and fortune in Taiwanese culture) found everywhere! From the red bowtie & cumber bun, to the red cuff links, red in Michael’s boutonnière and liner of his shoes, and Rachel’s red heels!
One of our favorite things is when our bride and groom incorporate their dog into their wedding day! Ari, the dog, was very dapper in his bowtie!
What an amazing and scenic moment as the clouds parted over the mountains surrounding King Family Vineyards, creating a breathtaking view of their farm (complete with horses in the background).
A romantic King Family Vineyards wedding is not complete without a visit to the equestrian barn! Charlottesville wedding venues with barns make are great for any rustic themed wedding.
What a cute escort card holder idea! We love including dogs in weddings, but this is a new one for us!
Ken Ward of Couture Design did an excellent job decorating Rachel and Michael’s inside reception. How romantic is this floral wedding arbor?
Sweethaus always makes the most delicious cupcakes and wedding dessert tables. Salted Caramel is our favorite!
Instead of signing a traditional guest book, wedding guests signed this beautiful puzzle created from their engagement picture. How clever!
We love sparkler send offs! All of the wedding guests had such a blast sending them off, and on their way as husband and wife!
