Military Wedding at King Family Vineyards

This fun-loving couple chose to celebrate their military wedding at King Family Vineyards with their ceremony overlooking the mountains. Jen & Jim met while working with the same patients at the Womack Army Medical Center in North Carolina. When not working these two love the outdoors and really wanted to include the greenery and nature that Charlottesville has to offer!

Jim is in the Army and we loved seeing him, his dad, and his brother donning their uniforms. Jen made sure to incorporate many special details for their wedding day such as her UNC pin on the wedding dress, and the beautifully carved wine box, which was included in the ceremony. It was a joy to work with Logan from Real Southern Accents who helped the day go flawlessly. We loved the light spring colors of the bouquets and other flower arrangements by Secret Gardens. C&O did a fantastic job with the food as always, and guests enjoyed ending the evening on a sweet note with a beautiful cake by Sweethaus. One of our favorite moments of the night was seeing the couple show their playful side as they fed each other cake. Enjoy some more of the details from their special day!
