Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Marissa and Matt’s beautiful winter wedding at King Family Vineyards was a truly a family affair. From the amazing antique photographs of their parents and grandparents on their wedding days, to the touching moment when the father of the bride first saw his daughter, you can see how much family matters to this sweet couple. Every picture taken of Marissa and Matt and their family on their wedding day shows their emotion and love that they have for one another. We loved their proposal story when Matt had scrapbooked their three years together and on the last page asked Marissa to marry him. The details in the book were so precious and well thought out. The details in their wedding were no different. Each one was so delicate and timeless, like their light pink flowers that brought in touches of the spring weather that had arrived for their wedding day and the mason jars and candles in their ceremony and reception added to the ambience of their special day.

This gorgeous rustic wedding was flawless thanks to Colleen, Kristen & Crystal, the wonderful team at Colleen Miller Events, they are so organized and passionate, it makes it a pleasure to work with them! Guests enjoyed the beautifully arranged food and great service by the team at Harvest Moon Catering. They always do an excellent job taking care of the guests needs and create amazing, unique meals! Dinner was followed by a scrumptious, delicately decorated cake made by Favorite Cakes! From there, dancing got off of the right foot with a spectacular father daughter dance, followed with amazing music by DJ Derek Tobler as the guests danced the night away. Attending a wedding with DJ Tobler is always a treat, it is so fun to see him get the guests involved with dancing, it’s impossible to not want to bust a move when he is around! There were so many beautiful, touching photographs from their wedding day, it was hard to choose which ones to show! We hope you enjoy some of our favorites!
