We are excited to share the second part of Katie and Royal’s wedding celebration! The Jefferson Hotel is an enchanting venue for a Richmond Wedding Reception, filled with a rich history, folklore and famous guests. The chandeliers, columns and grand staircase made for an evening that won’t soon be forgotten and it was the perfect place for Katie and Royal to dance the night away with dear friends and family! One of our favorite rumors is that the staircase inspired scenes in the famous movie rendition of Gone with the Wind. You’ll see Katie and Royal entering and exiting down this very staircase and I couldn’t help but think of Scarlett O’Hara and Rhett Butler when they descended into cocktail hour.
After their grand entrance, the couple headed into dinner and an evening of dancing lead by the upbeat band Hipshack. The dance floor never seemed to empty and guests even called for an encore at the end of the night! The entire evening was perfectly executed by LK Events & Design and amazing the team at The Jefferson Hotel. We were so thrilled to work alongside such amazing vendors and be a part of such a meaningful day for Katie and Royal! Enjoy this looking through this spectacular evening!
