Jewish Wedding at Veritas Winery

Erica and Nick’s beautiful Jewish wedding took place at Veritas Winery on a gorgeous fall Saturday. We had the opportunity to photograph their engagement session last fall, and were so excited to be a part of their wedding day as well! We absolutely loved how close knit the families were, especially Erica’s father, Larry, who played a major role in helping to make this wedding such a success!

There were so many immaculate details throughout the day, such as a hand drawn Ketubah, a cigar roller, Carpe Donuts as a parting gift, and even an event painter at the ceremony! The Ketubah was a gorgeous mixture of vibrant colors that matched with the beautiful personalities of the bride and groom. We felt lucky to be a part of the intimate moment when each family signed their portion of the Ketubah. Blue Ridge Floral Design did an amazing job with the floral decor! We were especially impressed with the Chuppah, which was ensconced with flowers in delicate shades of pink and ivory. These delicate colors could be found in the cake, flower arrangements, and various other parts of the day, which created an elegant feel for Erica and Nick’s wedding. One of our favorite moments of the evening was during the Hora when the couple was boosted into the air on chairs. The energy and excitement of the crowd during the Hora was tangible. It was especially memorable to see Larry tossed into the air after his, and Erica’s extraordinary father-daughter dance.
