Although we call Charlottesville home we always enjoy being able to photograph weddings elsewhere and today you are in for a special treat! We are excited to share Jacqueline and Jonathan’s Washington, DC wedding with you and think you’ll agree this grand affair was certainly worth the travel! Their gorgeous wedding ceremony took place at spectacular Cathedral of St. Matthew the Apostle. The venue was incredible on its own but add a stunning bride and a head-over-heels-in-love groom and you have yourself quite the wedding ceremony! Aaron and fabulous guest photographer Matt Ryb loved photographing Jacqueline and Jonathan’s big day! We especially enjoyed how they celebrated their city with special tributes to Washington, DC in their wedding day details. One of our favorite touches was the custom painted stationary by Momental Designs used for their invitation that highlighted the cityscape of DC.
