University of Virginia wedding

Elizabeth and Joe created the perfect wedding day to celebrate their love for one another and their ties to Charlottesville and the University of Virginia. As a historical landmark here in Charlottesville, we often find alumni love to take advantage of the beautiful architecture and gardens for their wedding and engagement photos. This wedding was a little different for Aaron though. Aaron has known Elizabeth and her family for quite awhile, so it was extra special for him to be able to document her wedding to Joe on grounds at UVA! The rain didn’t dampen spirits as they took pictures around the UVA Rotunda and Lawn. Aaron even brought along a cute umbrella which we think is the perfect way to make rainy-day pictures glamorous! Rain or shine we are always ready with some fun ideas to create unique images!

After their intimate ceremony at the UVA Chapel, Elizabeth and Joe enjoyed a brunch reception catered by Horse and Hound at The UVA Alumni Hall. Their breakfast twist on the traditional reception dinner is certainly worth noting. Guests loved the mimosas and breakfast food and it was the perfect way to enjoy a Sunday afternoon wedding. After dancing lead by tellAplay Entertainment, Elizabeth and Joe were sent off in true style with a bubble exit.
