Champagne Send Off | Unique Wedding Exit Ideas

Wedding exits are one of our favorite moments to capture as wedding photographers! It’s one of the most exciting moments after a long day of celebrating when the couple makes their official exit from the wedding venue and officially start their lives as a married couple. We’ve photographed bubble exits, sparkler exits, and even glow stick exits! Brittany & Emilee had one of the coolest wedding send offs we’ve seen this year, which involved a unique twist on a champagne send off!

When we realized there were no sparklers for their originally planned sparkler exit, we had to get creative! So, we decided to grab two cases of Castle Hill’s sparkling cider and shake them up! The guests loved getting to shake up 24 bottles of sparkling cider for this exciting wedding champagne send off!

We enjoyed photographing all the beautiful wedding moments from Brittany & Emilee’s Castle Hill Cider wedding! From their darling first looks with dad to the getting ready photos with mom, and even all the funny moments including Brittany & Emilee posing with a cardboard cutout of a bridesmaid who was unable to attend the wedding. And we absolutely loved the photo of Brittany & Emilee with their roller derby teammates! Brittany & Emilee actually met through the Charlottesville Derby Dames, a roller derby league in Charlottesville. The Derby Dames are a beautiful part of their love story as Emilee proposed to Brittany in the locker room after they had just won a silver medal at the US Championships!
