Meg and Robby’s Pippin Hill Farm and Vineyard wedding was a glamorous winter soiree! Cody with Amore Events by Cody did a wonderful job creating a cozy and intimate feeling for the wedding! I loved the floral arrangements by Pat and Sherry of Southern Blooms! The mixture of fresh blooms with evergreens and berries provided beautiful color, and also made the ceremony smell amazing! There are so many things to love about this wedding and this beautiful couple!
We love this gorgeous navy, gold and cranberry wedding invitation suite designed by Rock Paper Scissors! Meg said designing the paper suite was one of her favorite things about the wedding planning! She even said, that should she ever transition careers, she would want to work at Rock Paper Scissors!
Avenue 42 always impresses us with their talented wedding makeup and hair artists! They did an amazing job with the bridal party!
Meg loves gold, so finding the gold heart on the end of the baseball bat was a fun little touch to incorporate with her gold Kate Spade heels!
The view of the mountains at Pippin Hill Farm and Vineyard is the most breathtaking place to have a first look with your loved one. It’s a big reason why I love being a Pippin Hill Wedding Photographer!
Robby’s love for baseball was incorporated throughout the whole wedding day! They both work at UVA in the Athletics Department, with Robby working for the baseball team. The bat Robby is holding was engraved with their names and wedding date, which later guests signed. Such a creative guest book idea!
Lavish green garland with little pinecones and lit candles really set the tone for this glamorous winter ceremony in the new Reserve Room at Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards! Amore Events by Cody and Southern Blooms by Pat’s Floral Design, both do such a wonderful job with design!
Pippin Hill Farm and Vineyard is one of our favorite Charlottesville wedding venues to photograph weddings. The sunsets are always gorgeous!
Another reason why I love being a Pippin Hill Wedding Photographer is they treat their vendors so well! During dinner the make a nice little area for us to eat (separate from the guests) and we always receive the best food!
Meg and Robby had guests sign baseball bats instead of a traditional guest book. One of the best wedding ideas I’ve seen recently!
Cakes by Rachel did an amazing job with this gold and navy blue wedding cake! It was absolutely delicious!
Blue Ridge A/V and Lighting had bistro lights throughout the reception hall, setting a nice romantic mood!
We were thoroughly impressed with Meg and Robby’s dancing skills. Look at this excellent dip at the end of their first dance!
Robby surprised Meg’s mom as he took the stage and sang “Mack the Knife” by Bobby Darin, which is her favorite song. Meg told us that Robby is an amazing singer and has sung opera in five different languages! How impressive!
Attraction wedding band really set the tone of the wedding. One of our favorite wedding bands to work with! The wedding guests had so much fun dancing the night away!
Congratulations again, Meg & Robby! Thanks so much for having us be a part of your special day!
