Sarah & Ben’s lovely lavender wedding was held at the beautiful King Family Vineyards. Even as a summer wedding the feeling of the day felt of spring with all the fresh lavender florals complimented with colors of sorbet. Their wedding day couldn’t have been more perfect, and the weather definitely agreed.
King Family Vineyards seems to be the perfect venue for creating a southern comfort feel to any wedding! The landscape views are absolutely breathtaking and over the years has proven to give us some of the most amazing landscape portraits for our couples!
Lavender wedding floral details complimented the summer day perfectly for both the groomsmen and bridesmaids! Blue Ridge Floral Design did a fantastic job of bringing their floral vision to life!
Small details such as Ben’s tie clip are the little things we love about weddings!
As a wedding photographer it is so special to a part of the moment of the bride and grooms first look. We will never grow tired of capturing this precious pre-ceremony moment.
The groomsmen had a unique variety of belt buckles, that we made sure to document. We love when the guys go all out with fun details!
It’s always a nice surprise to see what wedding guest book ideas couples come up with, and we loved Sarah & Ben’s guest tree with lavender colored leaves!
The arbor placed at the beginning of the aisle made the ceremony look like a southern living faiytail, decorated in colors of lavender, tones of peach all complimented by natural greenery and babies breath. Having the stone fireplace as a backdrop was the perfect touch to completing the southern comfort feeling.
Sarah & Ben incorporated their own special touch on some of the reception details, such as the personalized mini-easels with table names and numbers.
A favorite detail of King Family Vineyard Weddings would have to be the new cross back chairs used in the ceremony and reception. The natural wood compliments the barrels, and ceiling beams in the reception and ceremony hall effortlessly. We loved the overall look of Sarah & Ben’s wedding.
