The Best of 2023: Thanks to the best Charlottesville Wedding Vendors!

It was hard, but we have chosen our top 50 wedding photos of 2023! As we reflect on last year, I can’t help but think how fortunate we are to work with amazing couples, and the best Charlottesville wedding vendors! The combination of the two help make these our best wedding photos of 2023!

I often get questions about how we keep our images fresh and creative after 20 years of photographing weddings. Looking at these pictures I realize how much I love drone wedding photography! Last year we upgraded to the DJI Air 3, and it took our aerial photography to a new level! I love how many beautiful wedding venues in Charlottesville, VA we have, and the drone really shows them in a new way! From a creative sparkler exit drone photo, to a new 360 sphere drone photo at Rockfish Ranch, and capturing a couple dancing next to the fountain at Keswick Vineyards! There were many memorable drone wedding photos!

Beyond the drone wedding photography, this past year we always had an A list team of vendors to work alongside. It is key to have amazing wedding planners, beautiful wedding venues, creative florists, professional hair and makeup artists, DJ’s and Bands (that bring lots of energy), and the many other amazing wedding vendors, to pull off these incredible weddings. So to finish, a big heartfelt thank you to the best Charlottesville Wedding Vendors who made last year so wonderful!
